My Matrix

Well who doesn't know about Matrix ? I think everyone does. But sometimes i actually get the feeling that this world is not real and we are actually in some matrix sort of a world. May be I am paranoid or overinfluenced my movies ( cause i sometimes feel that my life is like The Truman Show ) but the concept of Matrix is fantastic. I know i am going a bit away from the movie storyline but what the hell this is my blogger and i will write what i feel :) So, being trapped in a computer environment. Why not ? Today we have enough power of Computer Graphics to simulate most if not all physical phenomena of this world in a computer. With increasing computer power, today we even have the earth simulator in Japan, someday we might be able to simulate the entire world population and their actions in a computer system. It is being scientifically being proven that all the reactions of the human body are nothing but hormonal reactions. Human beings are like programs which give certain output if their nervous system is given certain input. If we can controle the sensation and environment we can give the mind signals to process on and make it see a world which does not even exist. So what are we looking at ? May be this is just a program, may be i am not typing, may be there is no computer in front of me, may be there is no website, may be there is no blogger, may be there are no lines, may be all that you are reading are just sensations given to your mind to make it think that you are reading something. May be ............... This is The Matrix. P.S: I had earlier written this post during my study at IIT, looking back at it felt I should include it in my current blog.
