Is the entire world after Web 2.0

Why has the world become so crazy after Web 2.0 Just because Google became such a huge company does not mean everything else will. I was just trying to make a small website with decent features. I first of all tried ruby on rails. It is a great package I agree but the deployment is rather tough. Most hosting providers are supporting it but older versions. I developed it on 1.8.4 and they have 1.8.2, not on every database related command, the servers simply gives a 500 error. I am trying to move the code on php. I was looking for some handy scripts and found, Drupal and Symphony. Both of them are excellent systems and have huge amounts of contributed code over them. But one has to understand that such large code systems become very hard to run, right? Their deployment becomes tougher and slowly the entire purpose of making them fails. I seriously am feeling that the internet has become crowded. Anyone and everyone is out here trying to make it big, by using some hack. One does not realize that the opportunities have become very limited. I guess by now I have realized this and will just continue with this blog. Because this is safe, it isn't crowded, it is sane.
